In cases of complexity and a larger number of requests, the period may be extended by a maximum of two further months, about which you will be informed.
Grošelj s.p. stores personal data you have provided until you unsubscribe from the newsletter (withdrawal of consent). Grošelj s.p. conducts an annual review of existing newsletter subscribers, and if you have not opened or read any of our newsletters for an extended period, we will send you an email to renew your consent (subscription to the newsletter) with a 14-day deadline, otherwise, we will delete your personal data and stop sending you newsletters.
Grošelj s.p. stores data related to services provided for one month after the service is completed. After that, they will be deleted unless otherwise required by law. For example, Grošelj s.p. is obliged by tax regulations to keep invoices containing personal data of the client of Grošelj s.p. services for 10 years after the service is provided.
Grošelj s.p. will not delete data needed to demonstrate that data about a person has been deleted (so-called audit trail) and to keep records of people who do not want Grošelj s.p. to contact them in the future. These data include email address as well as first and last name.
